GO thyme Partner Terms
Version 2026-10-02. In effect from October 2, 2026.
1. The program
These terms are an agreement between GO thyme, LLC ("GO thyme", "we") and you, the partner. They cover the GO thyme Partner Program at partners.gothyme.com.
- You accept these terms when you tick "I agree" while applying or when you first sign in to your partner account. The version and date you accepted are recorded.
- You are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent or franchisee of GO thyme. You choose how, when and where you share GO thyme, and you pay your own costs.
- No fee to join. You never have to buy anything to be a partner.
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United States.
2. How you earn
Each order you send has a 15% pool. You split it between your commission and your client's discount, in whole points (for example 15 / 0, 10 / 5 or 0 / 15). You start at 15% commission and 0% client discount, and you can change your split at any time in the app. A cart keeps the split it was made with.
An order is credited to you when it is paid on gothyme.com and comes through:
| How the order comes in | What you earn |
|---|---|
| Your shop page (partners.gothyme.com/s/your-name) | Your split on that order |
| A cart you built and sent | The split saved on that cart |
| A client you brought in, ordering again within 12 months of their first credited order | Your split at the time of the order |
| A client GO thyme has tagged as yours | Your split at the time of the order |
- Commission is on what the client paid for products, after discounts, before shipping and tax.
- The 12 months start at the first order credited to you. A later order through another partner's page or cart is credited to that partner; the client stays linked to you until your 12 months end.
- In-store sales can credit you for a returning or tagged client, but never start a new 12-month link.
- GO thyme's records decide which partner, if any, an order is credited to. The rate in effect for an order is fixed when it is first recorded.
3. What does not earn commission
- Your own purchases. Orders you place for yourself (Order for myself, or your own email on your page or cart) get the client discount but no commission.
- Orders while your account is paused or ended.
- Clients already credited to a GO thyme practitioner who is not paid commission. These orders are shown to you as "credited elsewhere".
- Cancelled orders, and the refunded part of any order (section 4).
- Orders paid before the program started on October 2, 2026, and orders that used a different program's discount code.
- Orders where the client's details make the credit unclear may be credited to no one. GO thyme decides these in good faith and tells you why if you ask.
4. Refunds and the 30-day hold
Commission is pending for 30 days after the order, then becomes payable. This covers the refund window.
- A refund before payout lowers or cancels that order's commission.
- A refund after payout is taken off your next payout. If you owe more than you have earned that month, the rest carries to later months. GO thyme will not ask you to pay it back in cash.
5. Payouts and taxes
- Monthly. Once a month GO thyme pays everything that has become payable, by Zelle, ACH or check. Your Earnings tab shows pending, payable and paid amounts, and you get an email when a payout is sent.
- No minimum payout amount (GO thyme may set one later under section 8).
- W-9 first. We need a completed, signed IRS Form W-9 before your first payout. Email it to adurden@gothyme.com. Payable commission waits until it arrives and is not lost.
- Taxes are yours. GO thyme does not withhold tax. We file Form 1099-NEC for partners paid at or above the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year ($2,000 for 2026).
- Bank details are never stored in the Partner Dashboard, and you never type a tax number into it.
6. How you talk about GO thyme
GO thyme products are dietary supplements. What anyone says about them is regulated, and what you say as a partner counts as advertising.
Product claims
- Say only the "What it supports" lines for each product, word for word, as shown in the Library.
- Never say a product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses anything. Never name a disease or medical condition, and never compare a product to a prescription drug.
- Do not use the terms on the Library's "Don't say" lists. The Studio blocks them in captions.
- When you show a claim, include the FDA statement: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." Studio images include it.
- Give no medical advice through the program. Clients with health questions should ask their own provider.
Disclosing that you earn (FTC Endorsement Guides)
- Start every caption with #ad. The Studio adds it for you.
- On a story or any post without a caption, put #ad on the image itself.
- In person, by text or by email, tell people you earn a commission when they buy through your link.
- Owners of GO thyme say "I'm an owner of GO thyme" instead.
You are responsible for your own posts and messages. GO thyme may ask you to change or remove one, and you agree to do so within 2 business days.
7. Not allowed
- Posting your link or discount on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
- Spam: messages or emails to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or anything that breaks CAN-SPAM or text-message rules.
- Paid search or paid social ads that bid on "GO thyme" or its product names, or that link straight to your page, unless GO thyme agrees in writing.
- Presenting yourself as GO thyme, its staff or its official account, or making a site or profile that could be mistaken for one.
- Placing orders, or getting others to place them, only to earn commission. This includes using a different email to buy through your own link.
- Changing GO thyme's images, product text or prices, or making your own discount codes.
- Selling GO thyme products yourself (on Amazon, in a shop, or by resale). Partners refer clients; GO thyme sells and ships.
If any of these happens, GO thyme may hold the commission from the orders involved, reverse it, or end your account (section 9).
8. Changes
- GO thyme may change the program (the pool, the 12 months, the hold, payout timing) or these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, except changes needed to follow the law, which can take effect sooner.
- A change never reaches back. Orders already recorded keep the rate and rules they were recorded under.
- If you do not agree with a change, you can end your account (section 9). Using the program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
9. Pausing and ending
- You can end your partnership at any time by emailing adurden@gothyme.com.
- GO thyme can pause or end your account at any time, with or without a reason. We will tell you by email.
- While paused, new orders earn nothing and your shop page closes; GO thyme can resume you later.
- When ended, it is final: your shop page closes, and no later order, from any client or link, earns you commission.
- What is still paid: commission already earned on orders before the pause or end is paid on the normal schedule, after refunds. If your account ends for a breach of section 6 or 7, GO thyme may withhold commission on the orders involved.
10. Brand, privacy and the legal parts
- Brand. You may use GO thyme's name, logo, product photos and Library text only to share GO thyme as a partner, as they are given to you. This permission ends when your account ends.
- Client privacy. Labels you give your carts are private to you. Keep what clients tell you private, and do not send GO thyme their health information. GO thyme handles client data under its privacy policy.
- No guarantee of earnings. GO thyme does not promise any amount of sales or commission.
- Liability. GO thyme's total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. You indemnify GO thyme for claims caused by what you say or post in breach of sections 6 and 7.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and disputes go to the state and federal courts for Indian River County, Florida.
- Whole agreement. These terms are the whole agreement about the program. If one part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
